Our Landcare group
Loch Nyora Landcare Group (LNLG) is a community group that exists to help farmers, small acreage landholders, and community land in the LNLG Group area, develop projects and apply for funds to undertake protection and restoration of the natural environment. We work together to undertake projects that enhance our natural environment (land, water, and animals) and support other agencies and community groups who have similar goals.
Our 2026 events
The Loch-Nyora LandCare Group is holding four events before Christmas.
1. Weed Control and Planting at Hilda Falls, Sunday 18th October at 10:00 AM Meet at the Tunnel at Sunnyside Park at 9:30 AM.
2. Weed Control at Toby's Paddock Nyora. Thursday 5 November at 10:00 AM Meet at the General Store at Nyora.
3. Annual General Meeting. Sunday 15th November at 10:00 AM. Loch Public Hall. A guest speaker is being organised.
4. Weed Control Nyora Conservation (Henry Littledyke) Reserve. Sunday 6th December at 10:00 AM
